ABSTRACT
Moral Digest is designed as an indispensable aid to provide simplified solution to the sordid menacing problems that keep undermining the nation’s moral fiber. Over the years, many people have expressed dissatisfaction on the various nefarious acts that are destroying the nation, weakening the church, and ruining youths. Almost on daily basis, nearly everywhere, one hears about problems of youth such as; alcoholism, phone pornography, indecent-dressing, rape, abortion, prostitution, pre-marital sex, examination malpractice and several other vices. Obviously, these menacing problems have become national problem seriously disturbing the conscience of almost every spirited citizen.
This book, which consists of five virtue cum thought-provoking chapters, succinctly provides a sensitive insight and simplified analysis of God and morality, viewed in the context of the Bible concerning parental, societal and the church roles in youths development. This simplified summary of code of ethics is written for youths, parents, Bible-teachers, ministers, pastors and every educationist.
The book diligently challenges everyone to look more closely at the spiritual values at the heart of Jesus’ moral codes, and to see what can happen when the divine codes are lived out both in families and in society as a whole.
