SCOPE AND DELIMITATION OF THE STUDY
This study spans the activity of organisations in managing and developing talents. This study specifically examines the management and development of talents in Staco Insurance Plc. This study will focus on the staff in every department. This study is delimited to only permanent employee of Staco Insurance Plc who are lawfully recognized as employees of the organisation and not contract employee. This is to avoid unnecessary responses and acquire the required information from the right candidates. This will help in preventing time wastage and enhance there liability of the information provided.
